IMPORTANT: Support Rules Changes
Well, plugin has grown significantly over the past 6 months, and same goes for the number of blogs that use it. And, providing support is still taking a lot of my free time. A free time I don’t have. So things will change. Most important thing at this point is: plugin is totally free, and will remain free.
GD Star Rating features documented source code (not fully documented, but usable), PDF user guide, many tutorials, forum, website support through comments, email support. I am sure that no other WordPress plugin has such support. But no matter how much time I spent in writing tutorials, and responding to comments and topics, still I get same old questions from people that don’t read any of that.
On top of everything I have a lot of projects I am involved with. And because of all that I really don’t have that much free time. I will still going to respond to questions here and on the forum, but I will cut down the time I will spend on that. I will visit forum once or twice a week, and I will try to read comments on the blog everyday, but still I can’t guarantee that I will be able to answer all the questions and help everybody. Also I am not going to respond anymore to repeated questions (yes, I know, I been saying that for months, but from now on that will be the case), and I can’t help you creating templates for rendering (I can help you with this only available through premium support). Templates system is in place, and I will add few more practical tutorials, but I can’t create templates on website basis. I can only promise that I will be able to respond ONLY to bug reports.
But if you need all that, there is a way. I am introducing Premium Support, so anyone can purchase my time and help on a number of topics for customizing and modifying plugin on any WordPress website. Details and premium support prices and terms are on this page:

So, nothing is really changed, except I will get more time to develop plugin, and if you decide that you want more direct help from me, you can pay for my time and get all the custmomizations you need quickly.
